Dear Kathy-

Greetings from the midwest!

We have recently settled in our new home in East Grand Rapids, MI. Though I am living amidst boxes and some chaos, we are adjusting well to the dramatic change in weather from warm and sunny southern California to the very cold, wet west coast of Michigan.  We have had incredible snow and sleet over the last couple months and are currently living through wild winds.  I just lost a small piece of my roof! (Jack should know about these things from Pennsylvania!) But we are happy and are enjoying our new home.

I did want to send you a note and thank you for all your work selling our condo in Irvine.  You did such a fabulous job working around my crazy schedule and houseguests - temporary (my brother) and permanent, our dog!  You did just an incredible job. 

While purchasing our home, we worked with a Realtor who did absolutely nothing for us and ultimately, we replaced him.  I think part of our experience with you, and your unbelievable level of customer service, spoiled us!  True story!

I hope that all is well with you and Jack and I wish you every success in your thriving business.  I am sure that you have plenty of references but I would be thrilled if you keep this on file just in case!
